Mastria's Precautions Regarding The COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Dear Valued Customers,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For us at the Mastria Auto Group, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

Our Commitment

  • We have ramped up cleaning services at our stores and are adding hand sanitizer at the front entrances and throughout our facilities. Sanitizing wipes are near high traffic areas and extras have been sent out to various staff members to continuously monitor said areas. Our cleaning services have doubled their efforts in not only maintaining the cleanliness of our stores but also sanitizing commonly used fixtures such as doorknobs, banisters, etc.
  • We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control(CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Per CDC recommendations, we will ask employees who have traveled to such locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-quarantine for 14 days.

We understand if you choose not to visit our physical location during this time. We are ready to serve you online at Mastria.com or any of our individual store websites. Schedule your next service appointment online with us. Drop off your vehicle at any of the stores and we will be sure to get you in and out in a timely manner. If you are not comfortable leaving your home, Mastria offers to pick up your vehicle for service within a 20-mile radius! Upon completion of the service, we will send a video covering everything we have done and/or recommend. Electronic payment is accepted at all six of our locations. Rest assured we use Clorox wipes to disinfect your vehicle while it is in for service.

For those in the market for a new vehicle, you can now shop online at any of our websites. Use the Fastlane button to begin or fully execute your next vehicle purchase or lease. Upon completion, you will have the option to have the vehicle delivered to your home or office, or choose to pick up in-store. During these unknown times, we want to make it as simple as possible to shop or service your current or future vehicle(s).

Because of the fluidity of the situation, we will make sure to keep this page and other channels updated as new developments arise.
