I recently purchased a Forester from the dealership and was very pleased. Upon entering this dealership, a very nice salesman approached me. I stated up front, "that I was just shopping". Craig Martin was amazing overall, and never once did I feel pressured. I had been into the car dealership several times and brought my husband, who is always skeptical. Craig introduced us to Chris, Sales manager, as well. When we had left this particular day, my husband stated "they were nice guys and I never been to a dealership and not felt pressured". I was so reassured and pleased that I had found a trustworthy place. I had called Craig and inquired about going to just sit in more cars for the feel and to view different colors and interiors. Without hesitation, Craig, accommodated all my shopping inquiries. After visiting several dealerships and test driving many different makes and models, having owned 5 Toyotas, I decided on a "Limited Forester". Now, it came to let’s make a deal! I was so pleased with my trade in offer and the transaction, within days I drove off in my new dream car. Craig explained all the new features of this car and I felt confident driving away. Instructed to return for an inspection sticker, I drove into their service department. They were so friendly, accommodating and waiting area was clean and comfortable. SUBARU SERVICE
Everyone I came in contact with at the service department was great: friendly, professional, accommodating. Rui, the service manager, in particular made my experience among the best I've ever had in having a car serviced. He explained everything throughout the process, answered all my questions, made sure I was satisfied with my visit. He arranged for me to have a new courtesy car overnight, when the work on my car was going to go later in the day because of an unexpected need. Rui even noticed that my registration sticker was about to expire, which I hadn't noticed, so I was able to take care of that before it became a problem. Thank you for that! I’m not sure if I love my Subaru because it is a dependable and fun car to drive, or if I love my Subaru because of the service I receive when I drop it off at the dealership every 6,000 miles. The answer is both!!!! I love the fact that I feel confident and safe every time I sit behind the wheel. I love the fact that my dog wants to live inside my car because she loves the places it can take us. Most importantly, I love the fact that service and kindness are at the heart of my dealership every time I step inside the door. The service is excellent---well done, great workmanship, extra touches like cleaning up and spiffing up the car, and the facilities are comfortable and clean--nice reading material that I enjoy as well as a place to plug in. The coffee is a nice touch too! Best part: the people who work there---all super-professional, and friendly and helpful. Everyone I had contact with was terrific!~ Valerie C.
