At Mastria Subaru, we're always eager to help our community in any way possible. Our Subaru Share the Love Events are great opportunities to support an even greater cause, and one of the partners we’re so proud to support is the Have a Sammi Kinda Day Fund. We are delighted to have worked alongside this organization for the past seven years to raise donations, create meaningful life opportunities for children and, of course, make them smile!
The Have a Sammi Kinda Day Fund is a nonprofit organization that was created in the memory of Samantha Rose Theodore. Sammi sadly passed away from a tragic accident, leaving behind a legacy that would shape this incredible organization. Sammi always believed in the power of making children smile and was working toward a degree in childhood education with the goal of one day opening her own daycare. Sammi truly loved children, and they most certainly loved her back. To honor her immense affection for children, this fund accepts donations that are used toward helping children experience "life's little pleasures," as Sammi liked to call it. Things like summer camp, prom and concerts are opportunities that are not afforded to all children, so the Have a Sammi Kinda Day Fund aims to change this.
There's truly no greater joy than watching a child's face light up with glee when they experience something new and exciting. That’s why our Subaru dealership in Raynham, MA, couldn't be more thrilled to have partnered with the Have a Sammi Kinda Day Fund every year since 2016.
With our fundraising events during this time period, we have raised over $100,000 for this invaluable nonprofit, with $30,000 raised last year alone. We look forward to raising even more this year!
